Ordering & Reservations


Are the items In-Stock or Pre-order?

All our items in our store are in-stock items (except for sprees) and are readily available for purchase. Also,  items are usually limited in quantity.  Please grab your favourite items before they run out as we seldom replenish out-of-stock items. 

I am interested in purchasing with you. How do I order?

Please choose the items you like, checkout through our system and your orders will be received by us. You will receive an auto-generated email with the details of the order after this. 

Wholesale Orders

Currently we do not provide for wholesale. 

First come first served basis by order of payment received

Orders are based on first come first served basis by order of payment received.  

Example, if Customer A and Customer B have ordered the same item and Customer A have made a payment to us first, the item will go to Customer A. If Customer B made a payment which is later than customer A, we will refund the amount paid for the item.

Order Status

Pending - Order received but not paid.
Processing - Payment received & prepared to be delivered.
Completed - Items sent over to customer.

Reservations

We do not accept requests for reservations of items. Please note that for confirmed orders, items are not automatically reserved. 

Overseas Orders

Overseas customer will be able to make payment via Paypal. There will be no extra charge for payments through Paypal as we will absorb the 3.4% charge imposed by Paypal on our side.

Payment Mode & Terms


Payment to be made after receipt of Order Email

After receiving the "Your Order is Received" Email, customers must make a payment to us asap. If no payment is received after 2days, orders will be voided. An order cancellation email will be sent to inform you that we have voided your order due to non-payment. If you wish to re-order with us, please order through the shopping cart.

Payment Modes

We accept Bank Transfer or Paypal (at no extra fee).  We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD), Cheques and Money Order.

Local Postage Charges & Delivery


Postal Charges

We calculate postage based on the number of items you have ordered and their estimated weight. Example for normal mail as below:

1 item: $1.00
2 items: $1.50
3 items & above: $2.00

Mode of Delivery

Items are sent via Normal Post or Registered Mail (additional $2.24). Customers can choose the mode of delivery through the Checkout process.

It usually takes 2-3days to reach you from day item is sent out by us through normal mail. Please allow for delay which is not caused by us and thus have no control over.

We do not send via meet-ups or arrange for drop-offs.

We will not be held responsible for normal mail which are lost or damaged during transit.

Overseas Postage Charges & Delivery


Overseas Postal Charges

All items sent to countries other than Singapore are sent via Registered Standard Air Mail only. This is for the benefit of the customer as Registered Articles can be tracked using their home country's postal tracking system once it has reached their shores. 

If customers wish to receive their items sooner they can request for Speedpost. Charges for speedpost is based on weight of items and will be advised upon request.

Pricing & Promotions


Pricing 

All prices are not inclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

Promotion & Discounts 

From time to time, we will send out newsletters and post on our blog any new in-stocks, sale or discounts  schemes available.  We will also send out coupon codes to all or selected customers (depending on promotion)  and they can be used for discounts on purchases. 

Discounts and coupon codes does not apply to spree items/special priced/promotion items.

Measurements & Item Descriptions


Measurements 

All the measurements provided are taken laid flat. 

Item Descriptions 

The descriptions we provide are subjective and based on our observations of the items. We try our best to  provide accurate descriptions as much as possible. Do allow for differences in opinion of colours & usage of  terms.  

The Thickness Scale provides an idea of the type and thickness of material. Example, if an  item is heavier,  knitted or thicker then usual, it maybe rated 3/5 or higher (2.5 being normal thickness).

If an item is lighter, sheer, or made of chiffon material, it maybe rated 2/5 or lesser. 

If an item is from a certain brand, it means we have ordered from the suppliers. The clothes may or may not bear their name label. 

Quality 

All our in-stock items are from their original suppliers and not copied made based on pictures. Any discrepancies between items and pictures are mainly due to picture quality. Please allow for differences due to  such factors.

Returns & Replacements 


Returns

We do not accept returns for items. 

Replacements

If you find that the item you purchased is not the right size for you, we will gladly allow for exchange of another in stock item (if it's available)

Customers will need to notify us for an exchange within 7days of receiving the item. Any exchange will not be allowed after that time period. Exchanges can only be done once per item. Items returned must be in their original state (not washed, worn or altered in any way) as first received by customers.

Top-Ups/Refunds       

If the returned item is higher priced than the exchanged item, a top up of the difference in price plus postage fee for sending will be needed on customer’s side.

If the returned item is lower priced than the exchanged item, we will use the difference to offset the postage fee for sending the exchanged item. There will be no refund of the difference (if any) after offset for postage fees had taken place.

For account holders,  you can view all your orders, track current order & delivery status and update personal   information by logging into your account using your registered email address and passwords

Share Wishlist

Some of the benefits of having an account: Iif you see something you like and wish to bookmark it or send to your friends, you can esily do so by adding to your wishlist or using the email friiend link.

Security

All information provided by you are stored securely in our database. For account holders, only you can access the information and make adjustments. 

Besides the information that are stored by you through your account or the details provided through the orders, no other information are collected by us. If you are paying by Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, you will be paying through a secured platform using Paypal system. No confidential details are captured by us.

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any of your personal information to any people or company other than used by rp~*fashion avenue.
